Requesting eBay gift card with scared-off numbers

This is a scam. This person and her partner ripped me off recently by making me buy $950 in gift cards without providing any service in return.

This is a scam. The person shown in this advertisement and her business partners cost me $950 by persuading me to buy gift cards for them in return for being provided a service that was never provided. I never was able to meet the person in this advertisement.
